Wrists and thumbs do more work than we give them credit for, from lifting and climbing to typing, gaming and gripping a golf club. The Stryde Wrist & Thumb Gel Compression Wrap is a wearable hot and cold sleeve that slides straight on, with no bulky ice bags or straps to fumble with, so you can recover while you keep going with your day.

A dedicated thumb loop and full wrist sleeve hold soft gel right where you need it, and the compression fabric locks the cold or warmth in close to the skin. The sleeve fits either the left or right hand, and your fingers stay free, so you can type, cook, write or scroll while you wear it. Freeze it for at least two hours for cold therapy, or microwave it for 20 seconds, adding five-second bursts as needed, for gentle heat.

Wear it for about 15 minutes at a time, then give your skin a break. Always check the temperature before use and stop if you feel numbness, tingling or discomfort. It supports everyday comfort and recovery but does not diagnose or treat any condition; see a clinician for ongoing wrist or hand pain. Hand wash with a damp towel, do not submerge, and air dry.
