At Stryde Wellness, you are our priority. So, if for any reason, you are not satisfied with your item, we offer an easy return process.

You have a 30 day window, starting from when you receive your item, to return it for any reason.
Condition
We require that items be unused, in their original condition and be returned with their original packaging.

Return Costs
Defective Products
If the product is incorrect, faulty or damaged during shipping, there will be no cost to the customer to return the item and this includes any shipping fees.
Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)
The cost of the return delivery (shipping) will be charged to the customer under the following circumstances:

The customer has a change of mind and no longer wants the item

The item was not the right fit
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable under these circumstances.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us
Email our team at info@strydewellness.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Pack Your Item
Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
3. Send It Back
Drop your package off at the nearest shipping carrier location, following the instructions provided in your return authorization email.
Refund Process
Inspection
Once the return has been received, we will inspect the item to determine whether it meets our return requirements.
If the items are found to not be in their original condition, we will be unable to process the return. Returning the item in this condition will result in forfeiting it.
Refund
Following inspection, if the item meets the return requirements, your return will be processed. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. This may vary depending on the payment method or bank provider.
Please note that once processed, returns cannot be reversed.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available where the customer would like a different size, color, or product. Simply contact our support team for assistance with this process.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that for hygiene and safety purposes, certain products may not be eligible for returns. These items will be clearly labelled as ‘non-returnable’ within the product description.
