The Stryde Prone Pillow is shaped so the forehead and cheekbones carry the weight while the mouth and nose stay clear, which is what makes an hour on the massage table or a stretch of face-down recovery at home comfortable rather than something to endure. The memory foam core surrounds and supports instead of flattening under pressure.
The cover is soft, breathable polyester with a zip, so it comes off for washing between clients or after a warm session, and a matching pillow towel is included for a fresh surface each time. Anti-slip particles on the base keep the pillow anchored to a massage table, a mat or a bed rather than travelling as you settle. At 26 x 13 x 6 cm it packs easily into a mobile therapist's kit.

Very good. It's often the right thickness and density. I should point out that the fact that it's not "open" on the chin side makes it a little less comfortable if you want to talk while lying face down. Comfortable if you hold it while lying face up. Perception of good quality materials. Comfortable for breathing.
