The Stryde Prone Pillow is shaped so the forehead and cheekbones carry the weight while the mouth and nose stay clear, which is what makes an hour on the massage table or a stretch of face-down recovery at home comfortable rather than something to endure. The memory foam core surrounds and supports instead of flattening under pressure.

The cover is soft, breathable polyester with a zip, so it comes off for washing between clients or after a warm session, and a matching pillow towel is included for a fresh surface each time. Anti-slip particles on the base keep the pillow anchored to a massage table, a mat or a bed rather than travelling as you settle. At 26 x 13 x 6 cm it packs easily into a mobile therapist's kit.

It suits salons and clinics, but it works just as well at home for prone stretching, post-treatment rest or a face-down break during a long day. Choose grey or blue to match your room. Adjust your position so airflow stays completely clear before you settle, and get up slowly afterwards.
