The mask is filled with flexible gel beads that stay soft even when frozen, so they mould gently to the contours of your face. One side is clear PVC and the other is a plush fabric that feels comfortable directly on the skin. Pop it in the freezer for a refreshing cold compress that stays cool for around 20 minutes, or warm it in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds for soothing heat. It is BPA free, lead free and pressure tested to prevent leaks.

Use the fabric side against your skin and keep sessions to about 15 to 20 minutes. Always test the temperature on your wrist first and never overheat the mask. Keep your eyes closed while wearing it, and do not use it over broken skin or after eye surgery without medical advice. It is a comfort product and does not treat migraines or eye conditions.
