Jammed fingers from netball, sore thumbs after a climbing session or stiff knuckles after a long day of typing all deserve targeted care. The Stryde Finger & Toe Gel Ice Sleeves put soothing cold or warmth exactly where you need it, in a slim sleeve that stays on while you work, train or sleep.

Each sleeve combines premium gel with soft, stretchy Lycra fabric, so it stays flexible whether it comes out of the freezer or the microwave. The pack includes four sleeves in two sizes, two at 6.5cm and two at 8.5cm, to fit every finger, thumbs and toes on either side. The open-ended design means you can keep typing, texting and moving while you recover, and the gentle compression helps the sleeve hold its temperature close to the skin.

Chill in the freezer or warm briefly in the microwave, then wear for around 10 minutes at a time. Always check the temperature first, and remove the sleeve if you notice numbness, colour change or discomfort. These sleeves are designed for everyday comfort and recovery and are not a treatment for arthritis, gout, fractures or other medical conditions, so speak with a clinician about ongoing joint pain.
