Each pair is sized from AU 4 to AU 14 and features clear trim lines, so you can cut them for a snug, custom fit in almost any shoe. They are lightweight at around 60 grams a pair, so your footwear never feels heavy, even after a full day on your feet.
When they need a refresh, just hand wash with mild soap and water and let them air dry. Replace insoles once the cushioning feels flat. Wear them in gradually over a few days while your feet adjust.
