Add resistance to every movement with the Stryde Wrist & Ankle Weights, an adjustable silicone weight set built for walking, running, yoga, Pilates, boxing and everyday strength work. Each strap wraps close to the body with a soft, high-stretch silicone surface and a stainless steel buckle, so the load stays balanced instead of sliding around as you move.

Choose from 2 x 225g, 2 x 450g and 2 x 900g pairs and build load gradually as your conditioning improves. The moulded steel core is sealed inside a waterproof, sweatproof silicone shell, so the weights are easy to rinse down after a session and simple to pack for the gym, a hike or a hotel room workout. The detachable design lets one pair move between wrists and ankles.

Worn through a walk, a home circuit or a mobility flow, the straps lift your working heart rate and add hands-free resistance to arm, shoulder, glute and leg work.
